Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by J3
Development LLC, including but not limited to courier services, product sales, events, and
digital platforms operated under J3 Development LLC, J3 Transportation LLC, and the J3
Juice Ministry.

Service Description
J3 Development LLC provides transportation, delivery, community market, and family-led
product services including courier logistics and juice products under J3 Family Market.
Services are offered in good faith, with an emphasis on safety, faith-based excellence, and
customer satisfaction.

Payment and Refund Policy
All payments must be made at the time of order or delivery. Payments can be made via cash,
approved mobile apps, or invoice depending on the service. No refunds will be issued after a
successful delivery or fulfilled product unless damaged or incorrect. Refund requests must
be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Limitation of Liability
J3 Development LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from
the use of our services. All products are handled with care; however, we do not assume
responsibility for third-party service errors, weather, or client misuse.

Intellectual Property
All logos, brand marks, content, and intellectual property on our website and documents
belong to J3 Development LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without
written consent.

User Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our community principles,
attempts to defraud, harass, or damage our staff, reputation, or operations.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes will be
handled through mediation, arbitration, or in Texas jurisdictional courts.

Updates and Acceptance
These Terms may be updated from time to time. By using our services, you acknowledge
and agree to be bound by the most current version.

This disclosure is intended for inclusion in all J3 Development LLC (DBA: J3 Transportation
LLC) contracts, vendor registration portals, or onboarding documentation that involves
SMS-based communication between our business and its clients, vendors, subcontractors,
or delivery recipients.
